Equipment we manufacture is covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use.

Equipment we supply from other manufacturers carries the warranty offered by that manufacturer. The applicable period and terms are confirmed on your quotation and invoice.

Warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by incorrect installation by a third party, misuse, unauthorised modification, normal wear of consumable parts, or operation outside the conditions the equipment was specified for.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your invoice number and a description of the fault. Where possible, please include photographs. We will assess the issue and arrange repair or replacement of the affected part.
